Gypsum rock – first crushing -second crushing – grinding – calcining – aging -finished products (CaSO4.1/2H2O)
After being heated and calcined with certain temperature,natural dihydrate gypsum is dehydrated and decompounded,to get the product whose major component is semi-hydrated gypsum(CaSO4.1/2H2O),that is,calained gypsum(generally slaked gypsum).According to different temperatures and pressure conditions during dehydration decomposition,the obtained product is β-Type calcined gypsum.Basic process of mechanized prouduction includes five large systems:gypsum grinding,automatic measuring system,calcination system,heat supply system,and aging&packing system.According to clients requirement,gypsum crushing system can be added to crush large gypsum rock to be with size of 0-30mm,and then conveyed into grinding system.

National Standard of Calcined Gypsum

Scope of application:
Gelled material made by dehydrating natural gypsum(raw material). Its main component isβ-GaSO4·1/2H2O, without any admixture or additive.
The natural gypsum should be in conformity with requirements of “gypsum rock(JC/T700) for making cementing material” gypsum rock of Grade 3 or more higher grades.
It is classified to be three grades: 3.0,2.0,and 1.6 according to its 2h strength(breaking strength).
β-GaSO4·1/2H2O content(mass fraction) in Calcined gypsum should be not less than 60.0%.

2.7 The Seller is in charge of commissioning and training
a. Commissioning: the Seller shall send engineers and technical workers to plant site to do full-scale testing, and the Buyer shall also send assistant staff to cooperate with the Sellers people.
b. The Sellers workers in charge of commissioning will do performance operation, make on-site speeches and answer questions to Buyers technicians and operation workers under training. During the whole process of testing, both sides shall work together. After Buyers workers master operation technique, the Seller will hand over the whole running line to the Buyers for operation and then the training work is finished.
2.8 Within one year after signing the Acceptance Certificate, the Seller shall provide technical consultation to the Buyer for free. If the Sellers people are asked to be on the site, the Buyer shall provide round-way tickets and accommodation abroad.
Main pollution sources:
Waste residue: Waste board and board edge cut down, etc.
Waste water: The sediment water left after the fan circulation use in the product process, from washing pool and toilet water.
Noise: mainly is 95Db(A)or so noise from the fan.
Dust: From mixing material and cutting board.
Waste residue and disposal: It does not pollute the environment and can be re-used afterreprocessing in gypsum powder production line.
Waste water and disposal: No industrial waste water. The living wastewater is drained into the plant sewage network, and the production wastewater from cleaning floor in the workshops can be recycled after the secondary sedimentation. And the water used in such equipment as fan can also be recycled.
Noise and deposition: Noise, which mainly comes from fan. Besides setting soft joints at the exhaust inlet and exhaust outlet. Set impedance complex mufflers at the exhaust outlet, which can low the noise as much as 30Db (A).
Dust and disposal: Dust collection devices will be equipped in the production process.
Safety design for factory area
The factory road traffic design and outdoor fire hydrant arrangement will be in conformity with every requirement in “Achitectural Design Fire Prevention Norm”; The pavements and driveways are smooth, unblocked, and there are enough lighting facilities at night; Set covers over the draniage ditches in the factory; Make it easy to go through, discharge, convenient and safe; at the same time do virescence in the whole factory to reduce the dust and noises.
Safety design for workshop
In the workshop, certain safe distance must be left for the main passages and operating passages, between equipments and the building, between equipment and equipment, and between equipment and passages; Set guard rail on all workbench edges; Set covers over drainage ditches; Lighting is enough in the workshop; All electrical equipments have ground protection, and there is overhauling power of 36V to ensure of overhaul safety.
Harmful factor in producing:
Variety of harmful substance: Noises from fan, air compressor, etc.
Measures to reduce harmful factors: Do best to select low noise equipments to reduce the noise from sound source, and meanwhile add anti-vibration soft connectioner and muffler on the fan.
Precautionary measures of safety and sanitation
Protective appliances shall be allotted to each worker according to real working conditions; All equipment is managed by certain person, the detailed operational procedure shall be made. Workers on duty must carry on safety education and corresponding skills training; strictly operate according to operation procedure to ensure the persons security and equipments good condition; Regularly carry on safety education to staff; Regularly organize safety inspecton to dispel the accident potential in time.
Explosive materials are not produced and discharged in the production workshop of this project. There is no factor of explosion.

Our equipment is not easy to produce fireworks, so dont need any corresponding fire detection device.
